This is old, but it might be new to you. It used to be my corporate philosophy, but now I make time for team spirit. Because my teammates are cool. And also I need to keep my job. Made a carrot cake this weekend. It turned out deliciously so I had a piece for dessert after I had a piece for dinner. Made me feel kind of ill afterward. Weird.
